Product Overall

From The Free Dictionary:
scam:
n. a fraudulent business scheme; a swindle.
tr.v. scammed, scam·ming, scams ; To defraud; swindle.

Today the word scam is being used in so many very different situations, the original meaning of the word has almost been forgotten.

So many opportunities and programs, even lucrative, professional and very legal companies has often seen them selves cried out as being scams.

Just because you do not make it, for what ever reason, it doesn’t necessarily mean the opportunity is a scam. It might very well be you, not complying to the concept, or not fully understanding what you have signed up to.

Of the same reasons I am personally very careful not to call wolf, before I actually have seen one with my own eyes.

Not many others seems to do so, but my business concept is to actually buy the product, before I write the review. And trust me; I’ve seen plenty to judge the good from bad and the ugly.

Recently I was presented to a program called Income Cloner by Charles Ryder. From a very reasonable sales page he offer you his first of 12 DVD’s for ‘free’. You only have to pay the shipping costs.

With that said:

Do Not Buy Income Cloner by Charles Ryder !

I did and to call this ‘product’ a scam is not to much. Never before have I paid that much money for such outright piece of crap.

From his website, Charles Ryder offer you a free 1 hour DVD on which he claims to have put together his secrets on getting rich on the Internet. By signing up, you are automatically signed into his so called ‘Millionaire DVD of the Month Club’, that are supposed to reveal to you how you can make gazillions on the Internet in less than a year.

This is where he’s making the money, as this membership comes with a $97 monthly fee to be charged from your credit card before the second DVD are to be shipped.

Pay close attention to this: You are automatically enrolled into this club, and your credit card is automatically lifted for $97 every month if you do not immediately cancel your subscription.

As I do not judge a product based upon a free sample, I stayed with his so called ‘exclusive’ club for 4 month, far long enough to find out what totally crap this man try to sell you.

The ‘product’ comes with a 30 days money back guarantee. So sadly, I also stayed  far to long to try to get my money back.

As a member of his ‘exclusive’ club, all I have ever received has been tons of the exact same sale offers as I have received from all other marketers. I say, that’s very exclusive or..? Oh yes, and of course the monthly DVD, where he is supposed to be my personal mentor and reveal secrets that should make me able to make thousands within a year.

Let me tell you, that the content of the first DVD (the free one, remember?) was so dreadful boring that I fell a sleep several time during the show. I had to start all over several times to ensure my self, it was not me being very tired, but the DVD actually being totally junk.

When I finally had seen it through without falling a sleep, I decided to give the club a try for the next month DVD. After all I got the first one for free, and the content could be meant as a sort of appetizer. To me it sure wasn’t, but never the less, I chose to give the man a second chance.

A month past by before the next DVD showed up in my mailbox. I have to say, I wasn’t to eager to see it, so I forgot about it almost a full month. If I had watched it through when it arrived, it might had saved me for an other $97. Sadly I didn’t, because the content of the next 2 DVD’s I received was no different from the first. Absolutely crap.

At the DVD’s Charles Ryder pose in front of a camera, sitting (if you can call that to sit) in a chair in what seems to be a very cheap hotel room, with very bad light conditions. His ‘mentoring’ is what I would call babbling noise. He do nothing but glorifying him self and even constantly repeating him self over and over and……

I have no doubt that Charles can make very good money of this stunt of his. The marketing behind the ‘product’ is very professionally and clever set up. But when it comes to learn you how to clone him, the $97 a month ‘course’ is nothing but an outright scam.

If there’s anything funny about this ‘product’, it might be that Charles seems to be well aware, it is not worth the money. When I finally got enough and tried to cancel my membership (you have to do so by phone or snail mail), I was immediately offered the whole 12 month course for only $27 a month. That’s $70 a month off the price. I must say! I’m stunned!

I do never again buy anything from Charles Ryder!

    Michael,

This is a legitimate company that is honestly trying to help people start their own internet business. If you just watch the videos and do nothing, nothing will happen. Starting a business takes work. These DVD’s simply help you take the right steps and lead you in the right direction and show you exactly what you need to do. If you don’t follow them, or just watch the DVD’s and fall asleep, how likely is it that you’ll ever start a real business?

We like to do business with customers that actually take action and really do want to start a business. If you just get the DVD’s and put them on the shelf and then complain about them, then whey didn’t you cancel right away??? We offer a 30 day money back guarentee as well. Just call us or go to our support site.

If you need any help we suggest you call us at 866-757-6021 and you will be taken care of right away.

Give us a call anytime and see for yourself.

Call right now you will see that we answer every call and if for some reason our lines are full. Leave a message and you will get a reply back that day. (you must leave your number for us to call you back)

We do everything we can to have great support and the main reason that things don’t work out is that people don’t use the support systems we recommend. (our http://www.InternetSupportSite.com and our support number 866-757-6021) use either of these and you will be taken care of right away. Don’t USE SNAIL MAIL, or EMAIL!

The problem happens when people try to email us and the email ISP’s block our emails. That’s why you use our ticket system and our 800 number and you will be taken care of.
Thanks for taking time to read our side of the story because I assure you we are here to help you succeed.

When I do a review like the one above, it is not only fair but my duty to let the ‘victim’ state his side of the story.

Because of the length and (I admit) quality of the comment, I will do a prober reply later this week. I am currently typing from a cellphone, so please excuse me not doing it right away.

    Regards
    Michael

Being back behind my desk so let’s have a closer look at the comment from RM Support (Ryder Marketing?)

This is a legitimate company that is honestly trying to help people start their own internet business.

I didn’t question your company’s legality or that you honestly believe to help people. You just do an awful bad job helping. To make people pay for the product in question is to scam people in the original sense of the word. That’s why I started out the article as I did. To scam someone is not necessarily illegal but not likely to make you popular.

Well I actually did watch the DVD’s, and there is no help, what so ever, to get there. Just Charles Ryder blabbering and bragging, repeating the same sentences over and over. The reason I did fall a sleep was not because I can’t take action, but because the content is plain boring. I’m really sorry I can’t show the reader what I’m talking about, but the material is (of course) copyrighted.

RM – You are right. To start a business takes work, and I just try to help people avoid losing hours watching the completely useless DVD’s of yours.

We like to do business with customers that actually take action and really do want to start a business. If you just get the DVD’s and put them on the shelf and then complain about them, then whey didn’t you cancel right away??? We offer a 30 day money back guarentee as well. Just call us or go to our support site.

If you have actually read the article, you will know that I did watch the DVD’s. You would also know the reason I didn’t canceled right away.

2 reasons: The first was to be fair and give you a 2nd chance. Second was my own plain laziness. Again, if you read the article, you will find that I do in no way complain about your support or your guarantee. Actually I find that I point out both very clearly.

To be fair I gladly repeat that I did use the phone support and it was great. They even offered me a $70/month off the price. I didn’t ask for a pay back because the 30 days was far past. Why ask for something I know I am not in title to get? Others might – I don’t.

    So much for the answer.

Now, because I have had a few days to reflect on the comment by RM, I found it somewhat strange that a person taking time to write such well formulated comment, didn’t take time to read the article just as well. That made me do a Google on the main keywords of the article…….

What I found wasn’t pretty at all, and it seems obvious to me by now, that the above comment is made from a template. There is so many result of people complaining about this ‘product’, that making a template would be only natural.

    Thank you for the comment.

Thanks for such an excellent article on the Charles Ryder Income Cloner!! I almost fell victim to this.

How can I subscribe to your newsletter?

If they are anything like the one above, I’ve just got to hear about it. Do you ever come across any good on line businesses?

Have you ever done any research on John Denton’s on line business? It was through his web site that I was referred to Charles Ryder.

    Thanks again………….Tom
